Premium members can bring guests for just $5 per visit.

We offer a one-day trial to anyone local who wants to try us out. Just bring your local ID and sign a waiver to get started.

Members and guests must be at least 15 years old. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s signature.

Absolutely. We offer lockers for day use or monthly rental, plus storage shelves outside the locker rooms that members can use anytime.

Yes! Our clean locker rooms feature dry saunas, cold-shock bucket, private showers, and lockers available for day use or rental.

Yes! We have free parking in the spaces directly in front of the gym.
Overflow parking is also available behind the building.

Our monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Just give us 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Annual memberships are available at 10% off with a 12-month commitment.
